Overview
Qossègèku Se was founded durring the early 10th century, by Ceratopmalis Pritchard. The establishment of Qossègèku Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Ceratopmalis Pritchard struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Qossègèku Se as a prison colony.
Qossègèku Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qossègèku Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Qossègèku Se is is constructed arround a semi-circular narrow paverstone mainstreet, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Qossègèku Se's frontieer-style defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Right off the bat Qossègèku Se hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things.

Cultural Notes
Qossègèku Se's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.
Due to the actions of local Kami, autumn is skipped in Qossègèku Se.
The Lizard near Qossègèku Se are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Qossègèku Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves creating small tokens to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 1 via moments of science.

Points of Interest
Qossègèku Se has been cursed with some blight that makes life difficult, albeit not impossible. An offended sorcerer's vengeful Working, an outraged god's wrath, a local distortion of the Legacy, or a simple history of bad feng shui in the area may have brought the curse about. I(devise not only the curse, but the reason why the locals haven't left for better lands).
Qossègèku Se is known for its unusual rock formations.
POI
History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami blessed the town with good fortune for a year and a day. One of Qossègèku Se's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
